    Join the community

    Be a member of Clearwater Roleplay and the Clearwater Fire Department Discord.

    Apply

    Fill out the CWFD entry application. Command reviews it and posts results in Discord. Open the application

  3. 03

    Get whitelisted

    The department is fully whitelisted. Once you get the Fire Platoon or Medical Platoon role, the bot accepts you into the Clearwater Whitelisted Roblox group automatically.

  4. 04

    Train

    New members start as recruits. The Field Training Division trains you, and you get your callsign in the CWFR Database.

Fastpasses & transfers

Fastpasses and out-of-server transfers are open. Open a Line Officer ticket in the support channel and say whether you want FD or EMS.

Fastpass tickets must be completed within 48 hours of being opened, or they're closed.

  • Line Officer: general questions, fastpasses and transfers
  • Office of the Chief: reach a member of the Office of the Chief

Department regulations

Rules

Breaking these rules results in moderation. They may change, and you can be moderated for things not listed.

    Discord & Roblox ToS

    You are required to follow Discord and Roblox ToS at all times while in our server. Failure to do so will result in strict moderation.

  2. 02

    Clearwater Roleplay regulations

    You are required to follow all regulations found in the main server, Clearwater Roleplay.

  3. 03

    Administrative leave

    For ranked personnel only. You may go on administrative leave (LOA) whenever needed as long as you have a good reason and give 24 hours’ notice. Fill out an LOA request whenever you can’t be in-game for 5 days or more.

  4. 04

    Violations

    Any violation, such as hitting a vehicle or injuring a civilian, may result in disciplinary action. While suspended, you may not act as personnel in any way unless told otherwise.

  5. 05

    Common sense

    Please use common sense while in our server.

  6. 06

    Leaking channels and documents

    You are strictly prohibited from leaking our channels or any department documents. Violating this rule results in a department blacklist.

  7. 07

    Professionalism and respect

    You must be professional and respectful toward others at all times while in our server.
